Large, breaking waves from seven to 10 feet are expected.

A high surf advisory has been issued for 4 am Friday, Feb 14 to 4 am Saturday, Feb 15.

Large, breaking waves from seven to 10 feet are expected in San Diego County’s coastal areas including La Jolla.

The surf conditions mean dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.

Minor flooding is possible in low-lying areas along the beach, such as beach parking lots.

Inexperienced swimmers are advised to remain out of the water.
