La Jolla Restaurants Join San Diego Restaurant Week March 26 – April 2

It’s always a good time to visit La Jolla to explore the variety of delicious restaurants for every mood and occasion. Starting March 26, some of La Jolla’s restaurants have signed on for the return of San Diego Restaurant Week. The 8-day event celebrates restaurants that make it their mission to create outstanding food.

You can think of it as La Jolla’s Restaurant Week, where participating restaurants in La Jolla will offer special prix fixe menus.

Beaumont’s Eatery

5662 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA 92037 | 858-459-0474

Beaumont’s is a mainstay in La Jolla, especially for the local Bird Rock community. It’s considered the “heart and soul” of Bird Rock, so you know it’s a beloved gathering spot for classic American-style food, cocktails, and live entertainment. It’s the go-to casual neighborhood spot with great vibes. They offer a special dinner menu for restaurant week with starters, entrees, desserts, and paired wines to complement each course. Menu items include risotto with crispy salmon, seafood pasta, baja bass ceviche, and chocolate miso creme brulee.

Cusp Dining & Drinks

Enjoy the bold, colorful, and flavorful bites from Cusp Dining & Drinks. With locally sourced ingredients, freshly caught fish,  local meats, house-made dishes, and artfully crafted cocktails, it’ll be a party for your palette. 

During San Diego Restaurant Week, they welcome diners to enjoy sweeping ocean views with their special three-course prix fixe menu introducing items from their new menu.

Duke’s La Jolla

Duke’s La Jolla made our list of one of the best restaurants in La Jolla with a view, and it does not disappoint. Named after native Hawaiian Duke Kahanamoku, the father of modern surfing, Duke’s is the perfect marriage of the spirit of aloha and the classic Southern California beach culture. If you love island hospitality, head to Duke’s for a warm welcome and their contemporary spin on traditional island plates.

For restaurant week, they’ve got you covered with unique selections for lunch, dinner, or if you want to pop in for a drink.  Menu items include Korean sticky ribs, sauteed macnut & herb-crusted fish, furikake ahi steak, and Kimo’s original Hula Pie.

George’s at the Cove

Not only is George’s at the Cove a top choice for La Jolla restaurants with a view that’s perfect for watching the sunset, but it was also an easy addition to our list of the best bars in La Jolla for cocktail hour. Olive & Basil

Simple but traditional Italian cooking made with fresh and local meats, fish, and vegetables. Piazza 1909 operates out of one of La Jolla’s original but restored 1909 beach houses. So it’s authentic Italian meets authentic La Jolla.

At Piazza, everything is made from scratch and prepared with love, so you know you’re in for a meal that feels like a hug. 

For restaurant week, they’ve created unique menus that include crab cake benedict, short rib ravioli, octopus salad, fried eggplant parmigiana, and so much more deliciousness.

Puesto La Jolla

Puesto La Jolla started with something that just can’t be denied. Tacos. From there, the family behind Puesto created a menu of delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine and flavors infused with the culture.

For restaurant week, they will offer lunch and dinner menus with mouth-watering dishes, including tamarindo shrimp tacos, fiesta guacamole, passionfruit & mango shrimp ceviche, and the Puesto Perfect Margarita.

You don’t need a ticket to experience restaurant week. Although reservations are strongly encouraged, you could show up and enjoy!
