New home on Calle del Oro approved at hearing

With no opposition, the permit was approved without discussion.

A plan to demolish a home and construct a new one at 2352 Calle del Oro received quick approval from San Diego Hearing Officer Duke Fernandez Dec 4.

The project calls for the demolition of an existing 2,427-square-foot single dwelling unit and detached 616-square-foot garage and construction of a two-story, 7,811-square-foot home with an attached three-car garage, pool, spa and a detached 596-square-foot accessory dwelling unit.

The item, having no opposition, was approved without presentation or discussion.
