The project will demolish the existing pool, including pool deck and jacuzzi, on the site and construct a new, 712-square-foot ADU under the existing pool deck, with a new pool and jacuzzi to be constructed on the southwest portion of the site.

Minor renovations to the existing single dwelling-unit will include a new wine cellar and hallway.
