The plans would demolish one home and build four separate residences on the lot.
The city of San Diego has received an application for permits to demolish an existing 4,196-square-foot, two-story single dwelling unit with detached garage at 1424 Olivet Lane in La Jolla and subdivide the 0.63-acre site into four parcels.
Each of the four lots would have its own two-story single dwelling unit ranging from 6,845 to 6,895 square feet square feet. Each home would be built over a subterranean basement and include attached garages.
The application was filed Oct 6; a representative of applicant ARK Group LJ, LLC did not respond to a request for comment.
