A man was arrested on suspicion of choking his girlfriend during the Aug 13 incident at the Holiday Inn Express on La Jolla Boulevard.
A man was booked into jail Aug 13 after a large police response to a domestic violence incident at the Holiday Inn Express at 6705 La Jolla Blvd.
Several police cars arrived at the hotel between 10 and 11 pm after a man was accused of pushing and choking his girlfriend. No major injuries were reported, according to San Diego police Lt Bryan Brecht.
The officers took the suspect into custody for the choking; he was “very intoxicated,” Brecht said.
