The trendy dining concept gets a coastal Italian edit with an Instagram-worthy presentation of salad, pasta, cocktail and focaccia.
Besties, behold: “Girl Dinner,” the social media trend of presenting the evening meal as a playful arrangement of smaller plates rather than a traditional supper, can now be found at Marisi in La Jolla.
Offered from 5 to 9 pm every Wednesday, Girl Dinner at Marisi is a new, prix fixe menu for $45 featuring Marisi’s coastal Italian spin. The dishware, served on a silver tray, contain a “Little Gem” Caesar salad; focaccia with organic Tehachapi heritage grain, red fife wheat and salsa verde; spicy rigatoni; and a Marisi Spritz with Rinomato Americano Bianco, Apollonia’s limoncello and sparkling wine.
