La Jolla Art & Wine Festival


The annual La Jolla Art & Wine Festival returns October 7 & 8 for its 15th year in the Village of La Jolla. Showcasing works from artists across the country.


The 2-day event has something for everyone, not just for the art lover. Their Wine & Beer Garden will feature the finest wines, beers, spirits, and live entertainment. It’s fun for the whole family!

Over 160 artists are participating this year, showcasing works across various mediums, including painting, glass, sculpture, ceramics, 3-D media, and more, plus photography, jewelry, and woodworking.

If you’re looking for family-friendly activities, the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival is bringing back the Gepettos Art Center.


Enjoy hands-on creative activities and games like 3D printing, craft projects, face painting, bean bag toss, soft play area for toddlers, mixed-media art activities, and more.

Food is part of the experience at the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival. Enjoy bites from some of the best local food vendors in town, from Isola Pizza Bar, Casanova Fish Tacos, Scrappy Hot Dogs, Smashed Avocado and Toast, and more.

Wine & Beer Garden

Head to the heart of the festival to arrive at the lively Wine & Beer Garden. Sample from the best local wineries, craft breweries, and spirits from over 30 vendors. Plus dance to a variety of talented performers!


Entry into the Wine & Beer Garden is limited to adults 21+ with a valid I.D. 


Tickets can be purchased here, or you can enter the Instagram giveaway where you and three friends could win 4 tickets to the Wine & Beer Garden.


The giveaway runs from Sept 18, 9 am PST, to Sept 22, 12 pm PST, with winners announced later that afternoon.



This year, enjoy live music from vocalist Maria Christina, singing top 40 hits, the Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band, and reggae rock from Skyler Lutes.

Pet Adoption

Ready to welcome a new furry family member?


Pet rescue organizations around San Diego will be onsite along Girard Ave, helping facilitate pet adoptions.

Stop by and say hello to Passions for Pitties, K9 Connections, Friends of Cats, Pups Without Borders, and more.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction goes live on Friday, September 29, with all bidding done online. You can also get your bid in by smartphone, by text, or if you are at the event, a GiveSmart staff member can place a bid on your behalf.


Proceeds from the Silent Auction benefit underfunded programs, including art, music, PE, science, technology, and onsite medical care at local public schools.
