The recent Travel + Leisure “World’s Best Awards” means the La Jolla boutique hotel is the only California hotel on the “best inns list.”
Orli La Jolla continues to collect awards: the boutique hotel just earned the number three spot in the “best inns in the continental US” category for the “Travel + Leisure” “World’s Best Awards 2026.”
The distinction comes less than a year after Orli gained a rare Michelin Key.
The 31st annual Travel + Leisure awards, announced July 7, are a “reflection of the extraordinary experiences” prized by readers, the publication states.
More than 661,000 votes were recorded across the award categories; Orli La Jolla is the only California hotel to rank on the “best inns” list.
