The restaurant is revamping the area but its rooftop terrace is still open.

George’s at the Cove, which celebrated its 40th birthday in August, will temporarily close its Level2 bar and dining areas for renovations starting Monday, Nov 4.

George’s rooftop Ocean Terrace will remain open daily starting at 11 am.

The revamped Level2 will have a new high top counter with eight seats facing the water, a new roof with five retractable awnings, new dining tables, new or reupholstered furnishings and new light fixtures.

Level2 is expected to reopen in December.

George’s is planning to renovate its Ocean Terrace in late 2025.
