Free People opening Nov 21 on La Jolla’s Prospect Street

The global clothing brand is currently setting up shop on Prospect Street next to the Grand Colonial Hotel, with an opening planned for Friday, Nov 21.

Global clothing brand Free People is coming to La Jolla, setting up shop in The Village at 930 Prospect St, in the building formerly occupied by Coldwell Banker.

The store will open Friday, Nov 21, Free People spokesperson McKenzie Yard confirmed, with an all-day opening event featuring drinks and other specials.

Regular store hours will be 10 am to 7 pm Mondays through Saturdays and 11 am to 6 pm Sundays.

This will mark Free People’s sixth store in San Diego County; Free People is operated by the same company that owns Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and other brands.
