Sea & Sky, perched on the 11th floor, features an exhibition kitchen, a private dining room, and a cocktail bar. The space and design capture the essence of its seaside locale with muted ocean-blue tones and light wood accents. The previously enclosed 100-seat dining room and bar now feature retractable window panes, allowing refreshing sea breezes to flow in, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor ambiance and panoramic views of La Jolla Shores.

The menu celebrates the Pacific Coast’s bounty, focusing on seasonal, regional ingredients. Sea & Sky also plans to expand the hotel’s brunch offerings, potentially featuring jazz-themed brunches to honor the hotel’s past.
