South Casa Beach

  • Description

A gorgeous inlet between The Children’s Pool and Wipeout Beaches, South Casa Beach is a secluded, unique, triangle-shaped mini cove offering respite from the crowds. This beach is another bite-size coastal snack that is best during low tide. Find a corner to relax in, dip your toes in the water, explore the nearby tide pools and catch a few sea lions wobbling around.

South Casa is guarded by The Children’s Pool lifeguard station, where bathrooms are also located. Parking is on Coast Boulevard.

Note: South Casa Beach is unfortunately closed due to severe erosion of the steps leading to it in 2024; plans are now underway to rebuild the staircase and reopen the beach.
