Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa presents Spa Under the Stars, a series of moonlit evenings built around sound healing and wellness, running on select Thursdays through the end of October.
The poolside experience centers on a floating sound bath, inviting guests into the water as calming tones and meditative vibrations settle the senses beneath the night sky. The evening continues with a night pass to the spa’s amenities, including the infrared sauna and saltwater whirlpool.
Tickets are $75 for locals, including parking, and $25 for hotel guests, with advance reservations recommended as space is limited.
