The Del Mar Wine + Food Festival presents the JUSTIN Wine Dinner on Friday, Oct 2, at Estancia’s Olive Lawn in La Jolla. The wine-paired dinner spotlights Estancia’s Executive Chef Kaitlyn Weber alongside Michelin-starred New York chef Buddha Lo and Los Angeles-based chef Jackson Kalb — two friends and established restaurateurs who met through a culinary competition — for a one-night-only collaboration.
The evening features a multi-course tasting menu designed by the three chefs, each dish paired with wines and curated spirits from JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery. Chef Buddha Lo is known for his meticulous craftsmanship and globally inspired approach; Chef Jackson Kalb brings an ingredient-driven style and modern Italian influences to the Los Angeles dining scene.
